Policy on Inside Information

The Board of Management of TNT has adopted the following rules of conduct with regard to transactions in TNT financial instruments by the Board of Management, the Supervisory Board and TNT employees.

Closed Periods in 2008 are:

  • 1 January – 18 February 2008
  • 1 April – 28 April 2008
  • 1 July – 28 July 2008
  • 1 October - 27 October 2008
